The limits of compensation previously was capped, but now, whether you’re owed £5000 or £50,000, under UKALA’s CMP, you’ll be able to claim ALL your money back.*

All tenant(s) deposit recieved with regard to an AST are secured with The Deposit Protection Service(The DPS) Custodial Scheme. This is Free to use and The DPS hold on to the deposit for the duration of the tenancy and repay the deposit back to the respective parties. Should there be a dispute in relation to the AST, The DPS provide a Free adjudication service.
