My name is David Williams, Director of 'Williams Residential'

I have lived in Hove all my life and very much love the being close to the Sea and The Sussex Downs. My hobbies are paddle boarding and playing football, which our company participates in a business football league supporting Cancer Research called Firmballs.com, a charity close to everyone hearts. 

I started my career in 2005 at a small Local Independant Letting Agent in Hove, being keen to learn more about the property industry. It was not long until I knew that this is what and I wanted to pursue a career in lettings, as everyday brought something new to the table and gives the role such variety, I never looked back. Dealing with property valuations, tenant referencing, evictions, rent arrears and property management issues, gave me my grounding in the industry and It wasn't long until I worked my way up to Branch Manager.

Having dealt with a growing number of Landlords with property problems, I feel that this is a niche that has been missed in the property industry, where now more than ever Landlords without the knowledge of changes in the law are more vulnerable as rules and regulations become ever more tightened. 

In late 2015, I decided to take a step and start my own Letting Agency that delivers an unrivalled personal service with great communication and support for landlords managing their own properties, as well as managing our own portfolio.

As a Landlord myself, I realise that the three things you want from a Letting agent, is honesty, the ability to to deal with issues as they arise and ensure smooth letting process without costing the earth. I believe that my company sets themselves apart from the larger agencies by offering just this, along with a personal level of service, dedicated to you and your tenant(s).
